Noura Esmat holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of the District of Columbia in Washington DC.  She is currently a Practitioner of NLP and in the process of becoming a Fire Dragon Business Trainer in 2012.

Noura was educated in the Gulf and has multi-cultural exposure.   She is open-minded, especially when it comes to accepting or finding a common ground of others’ people, ideas, ways of thinking, thoughts & believes. Moreover, having worked in the hospitality field for many years she is a highly customer focused oriented person.

Since 2001, Noura has worked in the Training & Development field in the hospitality industry (hotels specifically). She took the challenge starting as a “Trainee” in a five star hotel training department, becoming a “Training & Development Manager” in 2005. She holds more than 10 certificates in the “Soft Skills” training arena.

Noura is currently working as a freelancing Training & Development Consultant; she has 11 years of experience in this field. She has worked in five different “five star” International hotel chains and with four International HR & Training consultant companies.

Noura is an expert in tackling all operational “career skills” development functions; from administering, developing and conducting courses specially tailored for any job/ department specification need, to managing the training department & team members. Assessing training needs, conducting training courses and coaching all levels of respective team members.  Noura is passionate about excellent customer service.

Saher is a highly qualified electronics and communication engineer, he is a Master Practitioner of NLP with 12 years' of working experience in multinational companies in Customer Service, Training, Sales & Business Management; He is also a Holder of MSc in IT from Nottingham University and MIBA in Global Management from ESLSCA university.  He has a personal insight into how to apply learning techniques to achieve optimum results in both the workplace and in personal life.  Saher is also a Fire Dragon Business Trainer.

Beside the NLP Experience he is also a Certified Assessor in running Assessment and Development Center.

Saher has a good reputation for getting results, putting people at ease and a deep understanding of how the mind works and how language affects interaction in life. Saher is also a frequent Traveler, exposed to different cultures which enrich the knowledge and widen the awareness and exposure to different experiences.
