Letitia DavisLetitia has a passion for engaging with people across cultures, and enjoys the rich diversity of experiences that have come from living and working internationally throughout her career. She now applies her wealth of experience and success in international business to work with clients, both business and personal, to enrich their cross-cultural experience and help them to maximise the opportunities available from engaging cross-culturally in the international arena.

Letitia qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in Scotland and has an MBA in International Business. With corporate investigations, financial management and CFO roles in an international context with global enterprises including Johnson & Johnson, ISS Facility Services and Mace International, she considers herself so fortunate to have had direct experience of doing business in over 50 countries and across all continents.

From lead responsibility on managing cross-border mergers and acquisitions, integrations and divestments in Europe and Asia, to multicultural team development, often operating remotely across regions and globally, Letitia has spent most of her career working successfully across cultures.  Letitia has consequently spent many years as an expatriate with postings in the Far East and Middle East and currently operates from bases in London and Kuala Lumpur.

Letitia is a Master Practitioner of NLP, and she applies her awareness of how we perceive the world, and her broad experience in global business,  coaching clients towards living and working more effectively in the multicultural arena.

After university, Prue returned to her hometown and assumed a job as a lecturer. After a couple of weeks, she progressed to managing the Certificate in Commerce Foundation Course as the Course Head.

Prue then started her own English school under Cambridge University, UK. They run all the Cambridge English courses for children, young and working adults.
